ID REQUIREMENTS

This is a state requirement as well as the studio policy. All tattoo clients must be at least 18 years or older with valid state or government issued photo ID like a passport, driver license, etc. that is not expired. We cannot except foid cards, military ID, school or work ID, or any photos of ID.

This is a state requirement as well as a studio policy. All piercing clients must have valid state or government issued photo ID like passport, driver’s license, etc. that is not expired. If you are under the age of 18 years of age, you must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Both Parent and Minor MUST have identification present.

For those that are under the age of 18 we do not preform any genital, nipple or surface piercings. There are no exceptions.

For those that are between the age of 15-17 we offer nostril, septum, industrial, eyebrow, navel and most ear piercings.

For those that are between the age of 14-13 we offer earlobe piercings and some cartilage piercings.

For those that are between the ages of 12-5 years of age and under we only offer ear lobe piercings.

We will not pierce anyone under the age of 5. There are no exceptions.

Clients that are under the age of 18, must always be with a parent of legal guardian for any reason while in the studio. If client and their parent have matching last name and address on their identification, then we do not need any further documentation. If the last name or address does not match or only one matches, then we would require additional documentation. This can be done with a birth certificate, divorce decree, vaccination record, or any legal form that clearly states that the adult is the parent of the minor. If the person consenting on the behalf of the minor is not the parent of the minor, then legal documentation must be provided stating that this person has legal right to consent on their behalf. 

Clients under the age of 13 and under need to still be accompanied by a parent with valid photo ID as seen above, as well as a birth certificate. If the minor client does not have a photo ID, it is ideal but not required.
